Prayers that Maddies labs stay stable and that she is able to stay off dialysis. Also that the perfect kidney match happens soon.

Prayers that Cali finds the joys in life.

Dave had a questionable MRI back in September. We flew out to see his surgeon Dr Jackson in November we so he could review and weigh in but the CD and scan link wouldn’t open since TX tech vs CA tech didn’t match up.
So we flew back out this past Friday so Dave could get another MRI in Mission Viejo and he has a teledoc on Wednesday for Dr Jackson’s opinion. The first scan showed his spinal cord is attached to the side wall and they see a cyst on it. Both are not ideal things.

This girl has never had anything short of a complex medical history, however, we are looking at multiple organ issues. All treatable if she was dealing with just one alone, however thats not the case. We hurt knowing that we are up against so many odds. We need miracle after miracle. We have a long road ahead and honestly, I am not sure how much her body can take. When you have multiple systems failing, it's only a matter of time until it gives out.
We have made the decision to do whatever makes her the most comfortable and try the least invasive options as possible. Thank you for continuing to pray for her and our family. Our immediate family has stepped up to watch our other children. We miss seeing them and having to be in 2 different spots breaks my heart.

Landis suffered seizures over this Thanksgiving break and was admitted to the hospital. She is home now but prayers still needed to ensure no more seizures. Pray for her family as well. They are tired. As always I just pray I hear Landis speak again, I miss her saying Momma… I miss her laugh.
Having communication with her is HUGE!
Pray we have more discernment with everything.. from what’s next to finding funds to do what’s next.
Prayers for BB, @12 years old going through all things puberty she’s really having a rough go of it without her big sister here to guide her, even tho they would be oil and water, BRILYN really sought after Landis’ approval and presence of a friend in her corner always.
Jesus I cry out to you hear these prayers hear your beloved asking, seeking and knocking.
Let us see you more let us know you more let us know draw closer to you.
Pour out your blessings oh Lord and let us see what we do not know.
Thank you God for your endearing love and mercy
Amen
Prayers for Landis' mom who recently had surgery.
Landis has a TBI from an accident that involved her brother and her brothers girlfriend. Sadly, Gia perished as a result of the accident. Brother Gavin has several lingering issues and Landis struggles to get her life back.

Lots of prayers for discernment are being requested. Some choices, some purchases, some changes.

Prayers for all of the upcoming obsticals Cameron will be facing in the upcoming months. It was confirmed that that Cameron is scheduled for another spinal surgery. He also has a bladder surgery in May/June and a foot surgery planned for Fall.
We would love prayers for continued healing and recovery. Cameron's mom Shelby is also in need of prayers as she faces her own health obstibles.

Lily is back at Rady's San Diego! Prayers are she continues to fight and get strong enough to come home.

Dylan is a cancer survivor who has had a bone marrow transplant. Although the transplant seems to have kept his cancer at bay, he's had many side effects and issues that he continues to deal with on a daily basis. His mom is a single mom with 2 other children at home and the travel to the hospital regularly has put a strain on the entire family.

Update/Prayers for guidance:
Day +771 Dylan had a nice, couple week break from seeing his oncologist which was nice. We attended Family Camp with @oncologyandkids and celebrated his 18th birthday!
He is scheduled next week for a gastric emptying scan to see if his stomach is paralyzed, something I've been asking for since February. He has been throwing up his feeds almost every morning. Not only is it feeds, but also chunks of real food from the day before. This is making them think he has gastroperisis(stomach paralysis). The doctors are also concerned about how stiff his joints are and the spots on his skin. They, now are convinced he has had chronic GVHD this whole time. While medications for this have not been helping, they now want to treat him with a new medicine that was just approved by the FDA in February. He would be the first patient to use this medicine at Rady's. I have attached a couple pics of this medication. I have many mixed feelings about it but Dylan is all for it, as he just wants to feel better and not deal with all these nasty side effects anymore. I can't blame him. No matter what the scan results are they will be starting that infusion in September. He has his upcoming knee surgery Sept 10. Hoping he gains full motility of his knee once and for all. This up and down battle of everything is taxing on us all. Please pray the upcoming month(s) will be smooth sailing and all worth it.

Jana deals with several medical issues on a daily basis that started with tumors on her ovaries while pregnant with her second daughter. she's had an emergency hysterectomy, life threatening pancreatitis, gastroparesis and immunodeficiency. She's had infections, G tubes and PICC lines to assist with her nutrition intake. After 3 years of dealing with all of this, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her treatment is still ongoing. She takes hormone blockers which cause a whole host of other issues that are severely impacting her everyday life. She gets infusions every 6 months in order to strengthen her already weakening bones, but seeing her, you would never know anything was wrong with her. She always has a smile on her face and faces each day with strength and perseverance! She's a fighter, but could definitely use prayer daily as she suffers and navigates through all of these medical challenges.

Todd’s recovery has been challenging to say the least. He is now suffering from the onset of dementia. We make sure to get him out in the sunlight everyday for walks. He has a wonderful colleague who picks him up to take him to Padre games and they went to Spring training in Arizona last year. He continues to work on speech therapy and I plan on traveling with him this year, we are currently waiting for his renewed passport in the mail. Our children have been really incredible, they really stepped up to make sure he is always taken care of and to give me precious breaks to recharge mentally.
